KC Billing is made by Kush Codeworks, a small software firm in Hyderabad run by Abhishek Kumar Kushwaha. When you call the number on this site, you reach the person who builds the app.
Why this app exists
KC Billing started as billing software built for one working hardware and glass shop, around how that shop really sells: by model code, by the sq ft, on credit, with a quotation before most big orders. General billing apps made the staff work around the software. This one was built the other way round.
It is now offered to other shops in the same trade.
How we work
- We set it up for you. Your items, your logo and your bill format are in place before you start.
- You pay once. No yearly fee and no charge per device. Later updates are priced and offered, never forced.
- Your books are yours. We do not look at your bills, rates or profit, and you can take a backup at any time.
- We say what it does not do. No barcode billing, no online store, no e-invoice filing. If you need those, we will tell you so.

Are you a big company?
No. Kush Codeworks is a small firm. What you get in exchange is direct contact with the person who makes the app and set-up done for your shop.
What happens to my data if you stop?
Your records are kept on your own devices as well as in the cloud, and the app can export everything to Excel and a restore file at any time.
