Choose a general app if
- You want to start today by yourself. You download it from the Play Store and begin. KC Billing is set up for you, which takes a few days.
- You want a big company behind it. They have large teams, long track records and many reviews. We are a small firm in Hyderabad.
- You need things we do not have. KC Billing has no barcode billing, no online store and no e-invoice (IRN) filing. If you need any of these, we are not the right choice today.
- You like a yearly fee that includes every update automatically.
Choose KC Billing if
- You sell by model code. Type the code and the bill fills in. Your own item list is loaded for you before you start.
- You sell by the sq ft, running feet or kg as well as by the piece, on the same bill.
- Half your work is quotations. Custom quotations with free lines for labour, cutting and transport, turned into a bill in one click.
- You buy from distributors who send PDF bills. The app reads the PDF, matches the lines to your items and updates stock and cost after you approve.
- You want to pay once, with no charge per device, and deal directly with the person who makes it.

Can I move from another billing app to KC Billing?
Yes. Export your item list and customers from the other app as Excel or CSV, and we load them. Old bills stay in the old app; keep its backup for your records.
Is KC Billing cheaper than a yearly app?
Over one year, usually not. Over several years it usually is, because you pay once. See our page on what billing software costs.
Does KC Billing make e-way bills or e-invoices?
It prints the e-way bill number on a bill when you type it in. It does not generate e-way bills or e-invoices with the government portal.
